About the position

The Email Web Designer is responsible for creating and optimizing email designs and content to enhance user experiences. This role involves building emails from scratch, preparing web assets, and ensuring timely publishing of content while maintaining high-quality standards. The designer will collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to optimize content based on data insights and advise on UI components for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create designs and content to optimize experiences, building emails from scratch
• Preparation of web assets, page assembly, and publishing of content
• Translation of content to roll out to global marketing emails
• Advise on the use of current and future UI components to drive efficiency
• Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content based on data and insights
• Meet content publishing deadlines while ensuring the quality of craftsmanship

Requirements

• At least 1-4 years of design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with working on multiple projects from start to finish, in a deadline driven environment
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations
• Agile (e.g. Scrum, sAFe) and/or Lean experience a plus
• Able to create and version e-mail content
• Familiarity with enterprise DXP products and CMS systems
• Excellent attention to detail, and communication skills
