KPMG is currently seeking an Embark Scholar Intern for our Embark Scholars program, which is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the professional services industry. As an intern, you will rotate through our audit, tax, and advisory businesses, gaining valuable insights into how we serve our clients and the various career paths available in professional services. This internship offers a spectrum of assignments across different practices, allowing you to work as part of engagement teams to support the use of audit methodology, Data and Analytics (D&A), and tax and advisory-related tasks, including data extractions and data analysis. In this role, you will assist engagement teams in creating work paper files, preparing client reports and deliverables, and organizing business development activities. You will also help identify the scope of engagement capabilities, review client materials, provide insights gained, and propose how analysis can be leveraged to execute projects effectively. Leveraging a range of technologies and analytics tools will be a key part of your responsibilities, contributing to the integrity and transparency of financial information. The Embark Internship is open to all eligible students, particularly those who identify as members of traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups within the professional services industry. KPMG values diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applicants who demonstrate a commitment to creating a culture that embraces and respects differences among all people. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Accountancy, Taxation, or related fields, and it is designed to prepare you for a successful career in professional services.
