Responsibilities

  • Evaluate hardware security implementations in embedded electronics.
  • Design and develop techniques for testing memory subsystems and security subsystems.
  • Debug interfaces on electronic devices.
  • Mentor junior staff and share electrical engineering expertise.
  • Develop innovative tools and capabilities for law enforcement investigations.
  • Conduct reverse engineering of software, firmware, and hardware.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with software development in C, C++, or Python.
  • 3+ years of experience with software, firmware, and hardware reverse engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, JTAG or SW debuggers.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and programming microcontroller or FPGA boards to monitor or communicate with internal buses.
  • 3+ years of experience using IDA Pro or Ghidra for reverse engineering.
  • Knowledge of ARM architecture and assembly language.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
