About the position

The Embedded SW Verification Engineer will be responsible for the full verification cycle of DO-178C DAL-A testing for a large customer in the avionics sector. This role involves creating, reviewing, and executing software RBT and unit tests, primarily in a remote setting with some onsite travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full verification cycle DO-178C DAL-A testing for embedded software.
• Create, review, and execute software RBT and unit tests.
• Utilize Matrix-X or similar Matlab tools for software model diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with DO-178B/C verification processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software verification.
• 2+ years of experience with ADA and C programming languages.
• Experience with model-based embedded software RBT and unit test creation and execution.
• Familiarity with Matrix-X or similar Matlab tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Atlassian Tool suite (Jira, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with GIT or other configuration management tools.
