About the position

The Embedded Systems Test Engineer position involves working on a long-term project in the Dallas, TX area, focusing on the design, testing, and verification of embedded systems. The engineer will support the Test Engineering group and contribute to the development and execution of test plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the Test Engineering group in daily tasks
• Make wiring updates/changes to lab systems
• Create scripts to automate lab tasks
• Create and execute test plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in embedded systems design, test, and verification
• Solid understanding of verification methods including constrained-random, directed, and formal verification
• Experience with various RTOS environments
• Proficiency in systems coding in C and C++
• Hands-on scripting experience for test automation development using Python or related languages
• A degree in Electrical Engineering
