About the position
The Emergency Department Physician at Reynolds Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in the emergency department.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and injuries.
- Manage critical situations and make quick decisions regarding patient care.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices in emergency medicine.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Valid medical license to practice in West Virginia.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
