In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to float between multiple hospitals across nine states, providing you with a diverse range of experiences and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings. Responsibilities

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients within a designated care unit.
  • Manage and supervise clinical activities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Implement nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Float between multiple hospitals as needed, providing care across various units.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of hospital acute care experience.
  • Associates Degree from an accredited school.
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Active State Registered Nurse License.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Current AHA PALS certification (if applicable).
  • Current AHA NIHSS certification (if applicable).
