As an Emergency Department RN at AdventHealth, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This position is designed for both part-time and full-time candidates, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $36 to $54. You will be expected to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and primarily during the day shift. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, and serving as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care. You will also be responsible for noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, as well as assessing and coordinating patients' discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
