About the position

The Emergency Hire Learning Technology Specialist will coordinate and enhance the New Employee Orientation program, manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), oversee communications and marketing for learning and development, update website content, and lead special projects to align with organizational development objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the New Employee Orientation program.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) ticketing process and oversee communications.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to promote learning and development programs and resources.
  • Maintain and update the website to ensure current information related to employee learning and development programs.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a four-year college or university.
  • Three years of technical or administrative experience, with additional qualifying experience substitutable for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • A graduate degree in a related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
