About the position

We are currently seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour, which translates to an annual salary of approximately $56,500. EMTs play a crucial role in responding to both emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing high-quality care and treatment to patients in need. The position operates on a Kelly shift schedule, ensuring that our EMTs have a structured work-life balance while delivering essential services to the community. As an EMT, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, determining the necessary care, and delivering emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment. Documentation is a key part of the role, as you will need to accurately record patient information, conditions, and treatments while maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights. A clean and safe environment is paramount, and you will take pride in ensuring that the facilities and equipment are well-maintained for patient care. In addition to providing direct patient care, EMTs are expected to operate ambulances in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • State Driver's License.
  • National and/or State EMT certification.
  • CPR/BLS certifications.
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy.
  • Pass Physical Agility Test.
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
