About the position
As an experienced emergency medicine (EM) medical director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the emergency department (ED) clinical teams. This position requires a dynamic clinician who can effectively oversee the daily operations of the ED, ensuring that all clinical guidelines and measures are developed and implemented to drive metric performance. You will be responsible for managing and leading a seasoned team of physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering a collaborative practice environment that prioritizes exceptional patient care.
