About The Position
The Emergency Nurse Training Program (ENTP) at Rancho Springs Medical Center is designed for Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in Emergency Services. This 13-week program combines didactic learning, hands-on experience, and clinical preceptorship, catering to both experienced acute care RNs and new graduate nurses. The program aims to equip nurses with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in emergency care, with full-time night shift positions available at both Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley hospitals starting in February 2025.
