In this role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to supporting mission-critical projects that directly impact the nation's security and intelligence mission. The position involves collaboration with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and the Department of Defense (DoD), working alongside some of the best-trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. You will provide essential intelligence analytical support across various intelligence factions, including Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT). Your work will contribute to the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3), and CI/HUMINT Directorates, ensuring that stakeholders receive the necessary resources and expertise to fulfill their missions. As an Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive all-source analysis of emerging global and adversary Quantum Information Science, including Quantum Communication, Quantum Sensing, and Quantum Computing. You will evaluate foreign military systems and technologies, conduct research, and create intelligence products and assessments based on MCIA's Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs). Your responsibilities will include producing and delivering written intelligence assessments and briefings that meet Intelligence Community Standards and adhere to MCIA production and review processes. You will maintain situational awareness of your assigned portfolio, analyze current and future foreign capabilities, and follow technology transfer impacts on military applications. Your role will also involve developing collection strategies, identifying intelligence gaps, and recommending collection requirements to fill those gaps. You will collaborate with counterparts across MCIA and other intelligence organizations, attend relevant conferences, and contribute to the development of new processes and technologies. Additionally, you will conduct peer reviews of intelligence products and provide risk assessments on the transfer and diversion of defense technologies, ensuring that national security implications are thoroughly assessed. Your work will support the production of critical intelligence for the U.S. National, Defense, and Acquisition Communities, projecting the discovery and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impacts on U.S. forces worldwide.
