In this role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to supporting mission-critical projects that directly impact the nation's security and intelligence mission. You will engage in various analytical activities that support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3), and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Directorates. Your collaboration with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and the Department of Defense (DoD) will involve working alongside some of the best-trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. You will provide stakeholders with comprehensive Intelligence Analytical support across all Intelligence factions, utilizing your knowledge and experience to support Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science and Analysis, Regional Analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, and Counterintelligence (CI)/Human Intelligence (HUMINT). Your responsibilities will include conducting all-source analysis of emerging global and adversary Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, evaluating foreign military systems and technologies, and creating intelligence products and assessments based on MCIA's Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs). You will be expected to collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and research using various tools, techniques, methodologies, and software. Additionally, you will produce and deliver written intelligence assessments and briefings that meet Intelligence Community Standards and adhere to MCIA production and review processes. You will maintain situational awareness of your assigned portfolio, conduct research to determine current and future foreign capabilities, and follow technology transfer and its military impact. Your role will also involve publishing a minimum number of all-source analysis products annually, identifying intelligence gaps, and developing collection strategies. You will attend and contribute to relevant conferences, maintain collaboration with counterparts across MCIA and other intelligence organizations, and deliver subject matter expertise to support the development of new processes and technologies. Furthermore, you will conduct peer reviews of intelligence products and assess emerging technologies that could impact military applications. Your work will ultimately support the production of intelligence for the U.S. National, Defense, and Acquisition Communities, ensuring that the U.S. remains informed about potential threats and vulnerabilities in defense supply chains.
