About the position

The Emerging Markets Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC is responsible for promoting low- to moderate-income home loans and establishing relationships with community organizations to enhance mortgage origination production. This role involves working closely with customers to develop loan solutions, ensuring compliance with documentation, and managing a customer pipeline efficiently. The position is primarily based in State College, PA, with some responsibilities allowing for remote work at the manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Market and promote low- to moderate-income home loans.
  • Seek opportunities through seminars, home buyer education forums, and home ownership classes.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with community organizations to enhance mortgage origination.
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services.
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for complex borrowers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of banking products and mortgage solutions.
  • Ability to prospect clients and build customer relationships.
  • Effective communication skills and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in loan origination and sales tasks.
