About the position

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Masters of Social Work Graduate Student Intern position at Acentra Health offers graduate students an opportunity to gain practical experience in the EAP industry. This internship is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience while working under staff supervision on various projects related to account data analysis, reporting, and the development of educational materials. The role is remote, but candidates must be students of Indiana University due to contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting staff with monthly data reporting and analysis on major accounts, including CBP and SSA.
• Assisting staff with case auditing.
• Assisting staff with gathering survey results/comments.
• Assisting staff with the development of new creative material for educational presentations.
• Providing assistance with other projects relevant to the student's academic requirements in behavioral health and care management practice and operations.

Requirements

• Must be a student of the MSW program at Indiana University.

• Strong interest in mental health, healthcare field, employee well-being, and organizational development.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
