About the position

Responsibilities

  • Market new and renewal business for employee benefits.
  • Prepare analysis of alternative benefit proposals.
  • Process enrollment paperwork for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and lead annual enrollment meetings.
  • Maintain insured information in the agency management system (BenefitPoint).

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with self-funded groups.
  • Familiarity with BenefitPoint.
