About the position

The Employee Benefits Operations Coordinator at Brown & Brown Insurance is responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Benefits department, ensuring exceptional customer service and professionalism. This part-time role involves assisting with client-specific projects, facilitating the enrollment process, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in client specific projects, including preparing annual enrollment materials for the service team.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for a dedicated book of business according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including answering and directing inquiries and managing incoming correspondence.
  • Support the preparation of marketing proposals as needed.
  • Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management database.

Requirements

  • 1+ year work experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
