Due to our exceptional growth, we're on the hunt for a High-Performing Producer to add to our world-class Employee Benefits sales team! As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by following a proven process to win new business accounts. You will also receive new business opportunities through many streams, including but not limited to outbound marketing campaigns and regional events. You will also manage an active pipeline of new business opportunities and work directly with other key team members to identify and implement strategies focused on customer acquisition and satisfaction. A key focus will be to partner and cross-sell with other Alera departments, such as P&C, 401(k) and Wealth Management. You'll learn how to have the right conversations and turn those conversations into closed sales.
