About the position
The Production Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of menu items in the Employee Dining Room. This role requires adherence to recipes and accountability for daily food production, all while following the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare a variety of menu items.
- Follow recipes accurately for food production.
- Ensure accountability for daily food production.
- Adhere to Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of intermediate cooking skills required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Culinary education/experience preferred.
