About the position

As the Editor in Chief at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead the editorial strategy and execution for our digital platforms, focusing on creating and curating high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and engages a diverse audience. This role combines editorial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive content initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the editorial team in creating, curating, and managing content across all digital platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with different audience segments and drive engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Analyze data to inform content strategy and measure the impact of editorial efforts.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of online content.
  • Utilize digital tools such as CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, legal, and compliance.
  • Conduct market analysis, develop value propositions, and design integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create sales materials and provide training to the sales team to support their efforts.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM activities and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of editorial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Experience with storytelling and narrative development.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital tools such as CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly.
