About the position

The Employee Experience & Office Operations Manager at Axon plays a crucial role in ensuring a vibrant and efficient workplace environment. This position is responsible for managing office operations, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a culture that aligns with Axon's mission to Protect Life. The manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate events, and maintain compliance with company standards while supporting a team of over 100 employees in Boston's East Coast hub.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office is stocked with essentials and snacks for the team.
  • Plan and execute office events and team huddles to enhance workplace culture.
  • Welcome new team members and facilitate their onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Manage the office budget, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align office culture with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Office Management or a similar role.
  • Strong passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in planning impactful events.
