About the position

The Employee Experience Program Manager at Omnissa is responsible for enhancing the overall company culture and driving employee engagement initiatives at the new Headquarters in Mountain View, California. This role involves collaborating with key business leaders to develop and execute communication strategies and organize various site activities that foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a local multi-functional Site Council.
  • Develop and execute a calendar of site activities, including social hours, AMAs, executive site visits, learning sessions, coffee chats, networking sessions, year-end gatherings, Family Day, and community service.
  • Organize and manage in-person onboarding sessions in coordination with the Onboarding team.
  • Execute quarterly global culture activation initiatives across all sites.
  • Plan and execute Innovation Weeks on-site, including Hackathons and Tech Fairs.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and develop plans to address areas of concern.
  • Measure participation levels and feedback to initiatives for global employee experience metrics.
  • Align with and share best practices with employee experience and culture leads from all sites.
  • Draft, edit, set-up, and send communications on behalf of functional leaders, including multimedia messages.
  • Plan and execute regular all-staff meetings for the Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives for functional teams, including virtual team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in internal communications, program management, and event management.
  • High degree of organizational skills and comfortable working on time-sensitive projects.
  • Outstanding social and communication skills.
  • Understanding of communications channels, including multimedia; basic video editing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative with a passion for event planning (in-person and Zoom events).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other productivity and communications products (Cerkl, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
