About the position

As an Employee Experience (EX) Specialist at Clearview, you will enhance employee experiences and support key EX functions. This role involves recruitment, communications, program administration, and ensuring smooth EX operations. You will be the primary contact for employee inquiries and will collaborate with various teams to promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including full life-cycle recruitment and administrative support.
  • Engage with new hires in the 'connEXtion' Program to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering clear and timely responses.
  • Draft and post engaging internal communications, such as announcements and policy changes.
  • Assist with benefit-related processes, including billing and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Oversee the Mark S. Brennan Tuition Reimbursement Program and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program, tracking referrals and distributing rewards for successful hires.
  • Maintain and update electronic employee files and the EX's CU Share page for accuracy and relevance.
  • Cross-train on various aspects of the EX department to provide support to the team and employees.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources across various functions, including interviewing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS knowledge.
  • Elevated technical skills across various organizational platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience using AI tools for communication.
  • Demonstrated interviewing skills and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff.

  • Experience in benefits administration and wellness program facilitation.
