About the position

The Employee Experience Strategist is responsible for leading and managing employee relations and organizational engagement initiatives at MU Health Care. This role focuses on creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment by proactively identifying and implementing solutions for organizational challenges. The strategist will provide consultation on employee relations matters, guide leaders and employees in fostering engagement and collaboration, and support the administration of performance management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Consult with leaders and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and implement solutions for employment-related issues.
  • Guide strategies to inspire employee engagement and growth.
  • Support the administration of the performance management system.
  • Review and enhance employee experience procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Augment diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through guidance and metrics tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, law, psychology, public administration, or related discipline.
  • Five years of professional level human resources experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
  • Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
