About the position

The Employee Experience Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the employee experience from onboarding through their entire career. This position collaborates closely with management to implement programs that foster a welcoming environment and actively communicates employee feedback to improve organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage as an active member with corporate partners to enhance employee experience awareness.
  • Collaborate with CSC Leadership to build and execute initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement.
  • Foster partnerships with operations leaders to support the 'Buddy' new hire onboarding program.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding program fundamentals and payments.
  • Interact routinely with new hires to address questions and concerns.
  • Lead the weekly Employee Experience Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) meeting to discuss orientation evaluations and program updates.
  • Administer and report on the weekly Employee Engagement scorecard for new hires.
  • Send weekly reports to senior leaders on engagement trends and training needs.
  • Act as a supportive point of contact for newly hired employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and project implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a people-oriented environment and demonstrate collaborative leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the service industry or light production environment.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft programs.
