About the position

The Employee Experience Supervisor at LSG Sky Chefs is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the employee experience from onboarding through their career. This position collaborates with management to implement programs that foster a welcoming environment and actively communicates employee feedback to improve organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with corporate partners to integrate employee experience awareness into their processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with CSC Leadership to develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement through focus groups and surveys.
  • Support the operations leaders in launching and maintaining the 'Buddy' new hire onboarding program.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding program fundamentals and payments.
  • Interact regularly with new hires to address questions and concerns during their orientation and training.
  • Lead the weekly Employee Experience Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) meeting to discuss new hire evaluations and program updates.
  • Administer and report on the weekly Employee Engagement scorecard, tracking new hire engagement levels and other KPIs.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior leaders on engagement trends, issues, and training needs.
  • Act as a supportive point of contact for newly hired employees.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to lead and implement projects effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills without reliance on manuals.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly in a diverse environment.
  • Self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft programs.
