The Employee Relations Administrator (ERA) at Dutch Bros Coffee plays a crucial role in managing and resolving employee relations issues within the organization. In this position, the ERA will conduct comprehensive internal investigations aimed at achieving rapid and definitive resolutions to employee complaints. This includes investigating workplace issues, recommending disciplinary actions, and ensuring that all investigations are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The ERA will also communicate regularly with the Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and the Vice President of People Services regarding the status and themes of ongoing investigations. Additionally, the ERA will provide counsel to leadership on sensitive HR issues, facilitate conflict resolution, and collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing employee relations trends, providing guidance to field leadership, and developing training sessions on employee relations programs. The ERA will stay current on employment laws and regulations by participating in necessary trainings and attending meetings with the legal department. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, and is not eligible for remote work, emphasizing the importance of being present in the office environment to effectively perform job duties.
