About the position

As an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) at Capital Group, you will be a key player in fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace environment. This role involves resolving complex employee relations cases, providing training and resources, and utilizing analytics to enhance the employee relations philosophy while minimizing business risks. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, the Legal Department, and various business leaders globally to address intricate employee relations issues and lead internal investigations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a supportive associate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex employee relations cases and issues.
  • Curate training and resources to support employee relations initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics to advance employee relations philosophy and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the Legal Department to address employee relations matters.
  • Lead internal workplace investigations, ensuring quality and timeliness of resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case data for ongoing and future reference.
  • Conduct trend analysis with large sets of information to identify actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws.
  • Experience in employee relations and managing complex investigations.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a focus on quality processes and results.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights.
