About the position

The Employee Relations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Employee Relations Department, assisting in daily operations and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements. This part-time remote position involves managing employee data, responding to inquiries, and supporting various projects within the People Experience department.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties for the Employee Relations Department, including data entry and preparing correspondence.
  • Create and maintain electronic employee and legal files in compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
  • Enter and update employee data in the HRIS, including processing onboarding.
  • Respond to employee requests and questions, escalating as appropriate.
  • Manage leaves and accommodations in accordance with company policies and procedures, including generating leave paperwork and engaging in the interactive process.
  • Maintain knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to employer and employees.
  • Prepare documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support the People Experience department.
  • Assist the Px Team with various projects as requested.
  • Scan, fax, copy, and mail documents as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1+ years' Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to learn new programs as needed.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/Payroll/ATS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
