About the position

The Employee Relations Investigator IV is responsible for conducting complex EEO and HR investigations, supporting employee relations training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves consulting with business stakeholders on HR policies and procedures, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on investigation findings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct moderately complex to complex EEO and HR investigations by collecting and analyzing data, conducting interviews, and making recommendations based on findings.
  • Support and conduct reporting of employee information by collecting data, conducting analyses, and influencing the development of database technologies.
  • Conduct employee relations training and assistance activities under supervision, advising employees and management on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring changes, conducting analyses, and reporting non-compliance as appropriate.
  • Provide consulting to business line stakeholders on HR policies, processes, and regulations, guiding managers on employee management and discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social/Behavioral Science, Education, Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in HR consulting, including at least 3 years in employee and/or labor relations.
