About the position

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for aligning employee relations principles and governance with business objectives across designated business units. This role focuses on maintaining effective business acumen and digital literacy to support data-driven decision-making, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring timely and fair handling of employee concerns in accordance with company values and legal requirements. The position involves collaboration with the ER Director and HR Business Partners to deliver value-added services that reflect organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure employee relations principles and governance align with business objectives.
  • Maintain effective business acumen and digital literacy for data-based decision making.
  • Drive functional resiliency and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a best-in-class employee relations function.
  • Handle employee concerns in a timely, fair, and consistent manner according to company values and laws.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on employee relations matters to HR partners and leaders.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations in accordance with best practices and guidelines.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managing and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to PX Advisors on managing employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in conflict management.
  • 5 years of experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to relocate to Boston, MA 02210 before starting work.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $48 - $52 per hour.
  • Full-time contract position.
