This position focuses on aligning employee relations (ER) principles and governance with business goals within specific units or client groups. The role requires a solid understanding of the business and proficiency with digital tools to support data-driven decisions, enhance resilience, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will help build and maintain a high-quality ER function, ensuring that employee concerns are addressed in a timely, fair, and consistent manner, in accordance with company values and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of employee relations principles with business goals.
  • Address employee concerns promptly and fairly.
  • Provide expert advice on ER matters and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough ER investigations across multiple business lines.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal Department, and other partners on investigations.
  • Develop strategies to support business objectives and talent management.
  • Proactively create solutions to address trends in employee relations.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of business operations and employee relations principles.
  • Experience with digital tools for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide objective findings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
