About the position

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join its Human Resources Operations team. This role focuses on managing employee relations activities, including performance management, corrective actions, and grievance resolution. The Employee Relations Manager will ensure a healthy work environment, promote effective communication, and address employee performance issues while collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations activities including performance management, corrective action, and grievance resolution procedures.
  • Ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees in alignment with company values and policies.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and leadership to develop and update employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Learning and Organizational Development to create training programs on conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR and leaders for consistent handling of employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, HR, and management regarding workplace policies and procedures.
  • Analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in employee relations, human resources, or employment/labor law with a focus on employee relations work.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
