About the position

Epsilon is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our Human Resources Operations team. This role involves managing various activities related to employee relations, such as performance management, corrective action, discipline, and grievance resolution procedures. The Employee Relations Manager will provide expertise and guidance to ensure a healthy work environment, foster effective communication, and address employee performance concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage activities related to employee relations, including performance management and grievance resolution.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and leadership to develop and update policies related to employee relations.
  • Develop and conduct training programs on conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR and leaders on handling employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, HR, and management regarding workplace policies.
  • Analyze employee surveys and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in employee relations or employment/labor law.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
