About The Position
Piper Companies is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join a clinical biotechnology company located in Silver Spring, MD. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations duties and serving as the point of contact for all levels of staff. This role involves coaching staff on improving performance, responding to employee concerns, and providing leadership on various HR matters including worker's compensation, workplace investigations, complex leave cases, conflict mediation, and HR complication training.
