About the position

The Employee Relations Manager at US Tech Solutions is responsible for addressing workplace concerns, conducting complex investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. This role aims to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention by implementing proactive employee relations strategies in collaboration with the HR Business Partner team.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts complex investigations involving sensitive matters such as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, documenting findings and making recommendations.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, development, and training to business leaders to promote positive employee relations and communication.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners to identify trends and make recommendations on issues affecting employee retention and engagement, utilizing data analysis.
  • Offers coaching and support to employees to address and resolve workplace matters.
  • Collaborates with legal counsel on issue resolution to ensure risk mitigation and consistent application of policies.
  • Works with Internal Audit on Whistleblower hotline calls and investigations to provide recommendations to leaders.
  • Designs and delivers training sessions for leaders on performance management and discipline topics.
  • Participates in HR/OD Strategic Initiatives or team projects to improve business results through enhanced workforce engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily in employee relations.
