About the position

The Employee Relations Specialist at Salem Keizer Public School District is responsible for handling a variety of confidential duties related to employee complaints, grievances, and disputes. This role involves tracking, processing, researching, and investigating issues involving administrative, licensed, and classified employees. The specialist will also assist the Director of Employee and Labor Relations in an administrative and professional capacity.
