About the position

Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing the company's disciplinary progression plan. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting managers with the implementation and execution of Performance Improvement Plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements. You will also facilitate disciplinary meetings between employees and managers, providing a structured environment for these discussions. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying trends or patterns in disciplinary actions across the organization. This analysis will be crucial in providing recommendations to management for process improvements, thereby enhancing the overall employee relations framework within the company. Your contributions will help foster a positive work environment and ensure that all employee relations practices align with Goosehead's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
