Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the hiring process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support resolution of workplace conflicts and promote open communication.
  • Guide managers through the performance review process and provide training on best practices.
  • Assist in creating and executing performance improvement plans.
  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Support initiatives to boost engagement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate on the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze trends to inform decisions.
  • Monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and familiarity with diversity and inclusion strategies.
