About the position

The Employee Relations position is a fully remote role focused on investigating technology incidents related to data loss violations. The role involves producing investigation summaries, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk operations and employee relations support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary investigator for technology incidents involving data loss violations end to end.
  • Produce clear, concise investigation summaries and remediation documentation.
  • Utilize a centralized case management system for incident tracking.
  • Review large Excel reports and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data and metrics using Excel.
  • Provide outreach coordination support to team members.
  • Participate and lead data loss prevention status meetings.
  • Research incidents and flag escalations for follow-up.
  • Update data loss prevention status tracker.
  • Draft data loss prevention remediation documentation for review by Risk Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas and P&C.
  • Provide general support for the Employee Relations/Risk Operations Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior work experience in HR and/or working with people/sensitive matters.
  • Personable and cordial demeanor.
  • Intermediate Excel experience and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential, and private information of personnel.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and excellent judgment.
  • Intense focus on quality and details with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate flexibility and maintain focus while managing changing demands and priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with confidence.
