About the position

The Employer Brand Program Manager at Qualtrics is responsible for enhancing the company's employer branding operations and driving employee advocacy efforts. This role is crucial as Qualtrics expands its global presence, aiming to attract diverse talent across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization, storytelling, and collaboration, contributing to the development of integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated marketing management framework to unify efforts across various channels.
  • Create new processes and improve existing ones for employer branding operations.
  • Manage technical builds of the careers site and email marketing campaigns with CMS/CRM integration.
  • Engage and track employee content contributions for advocacy programs.
  • Write copy for email newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and employer brand campaigns.
  • Oversee the Employee Advocacy Program to generate brand awareness through employee stories.
  • Support employees and hiring managers in sharing their stories and amplifying their personal brands.
  • Create enablement materials and training for the Employee Advocacy Program.
  • Run monthly performance reports of programs and strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners, coaching on effective storytelling strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or traditional marketing.
  • Experience as a program manager, project manager, analyst, or in an operations role.
  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders globally.
  • Excellent writing skills for various marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with tools like Phenom, EveryoneSocial, CareerArc, Canva, Coda, and LinkedIn.
