About the position

The Empower CDS System Integrator will play a crucial role in supporting the integration of the Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) with existing laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards throughout the integration process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Empower CDS with existing laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software.
• Manage the site integration project from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Empower CDS, addressing any issues that arise during the integration process.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, and create comprehensive documentation for system use and integration processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, laboratory staff, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
• Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Experience working with CDS (chromatography data system) such as Empower and Chromeleon
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience doing system integrations
• Proficiency in Empower CDS, LIMS, and other laboratory software
• Experience working on complex projects
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, GLP)
