About the position

RightSite Health is seeking a dynamic EMS Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support our partnerships with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in the healthcare and EMS sectors. They should be creative, data-driven, and have excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities. A deep understanding of the EMS industry and its challenges is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support EMS account management with marketing communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels
  • Own and develop the digital EMS strategy, including social media, website content, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Drive all EMS crew marketing programs, creating engaging content and initiatives to promote RightSite Health's services to EMS personnel
  • Collaborate with the Care Team to create cohesive marketing materials that highlight our unique value proposition
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and reach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key EMS stakeholders to better understand their needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall company branding and messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the EMS or emergency care sector
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with EMS operations and terminology
