About The Position
The position involves performing skilled work under occasional supervision, operating an approved ground Ambulance or EMS Non-Transporting Vehicle, and responding to both emergency and non-emergency calls. The individual will apply necessary medical treatment and transport sick and/or injured persons. Responsibilities include creating patient care and operational reports, communicating with physicians, nurses, and other medical and emergency services personnel, and maintaining ambulances, equipment, and supplies to manufacturer specifications and agency par levels.
