About the position

The Emulation and Prototyping Application Engineer at Cadence Design Systems is responsible for establishing technical credibility with customers and providing expert technical support. Responsibilities

• Establish technical credibility and rapport with customers.
• Provide in-depth technical assistance in collaboration with R&D to support advanced verification flows.
• Champion customer needs and work closely with R&D and marketing to develop competitive technical solutions.
• Understand the competitive landscape and work on differentiating Cadence's solutions.
• Write technical product literature such as application notes and technical articles.
• Review new product proposals and device specifications.
• Assume technical leadership roles in small teams as needed.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in electronic design automation or related fields.
• Experience in customer support and technical assistance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D and marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
