About the position

As an Enablement Data Analyst, you will lead data analysis and reporting efforts aimed at optimizing enablement programs and enhancing sales performance. This role involves developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, tracking key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve training, onboarding, content adoption, and overall sales effectiveness. You will manage the complete analytics process, automate reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure decisions are data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement data ecosystem, analyzing data from CRM, LMS, and internal tools.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track onboarding, training, and sales performance.
• Define and track KPIs for enablement programs aligned with business goals.
• Automate reporting and drive efficiency through system integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting processes and provide clear insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence, with a focus on sales enablement.
• Proven experience with Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
