About the position

The Field Readiness role at Kofax is designed for a strategic storyteller who will enhance sales enablement by creating impactful messaging and training programs. This remote position requires collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and training that drives sales success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the symphony of sales messaging across the organization
• Craft killer content that makes sales teams and partners unstoppable
• Lead the charge on training programs that actually work
• Be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales teams
• Turn data into insights that help teams crush their goals
• Make communications relevant and impactful

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in communications or sales enablement
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, or Business)
• Experience in the tech sector
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Exceptional writing skills
