Enablement Lead - Product Quality Programs

About the position

Responsibilities

• Implement multiple systems and processes such as eQMS, Corrective Action Preventive Action, and telco FAI.
• Drive transformation programs and efficiency improvements for the Reality Labs Quality organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change management.
• Develop and implement effective end-to-end quality requirements and solutions.
• Manage quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product quality management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes.
• Experience with quality management principles, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
• Knowledge of electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
• Experience with Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) principles.
• Experience with Telco First Article Inspection (FAI) processes.
