About the position

The Enablement Manager for AMER Onboarding & Sales Tools at Zoom will play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding experience for new sales team members across North America and Latin America. This position is designed to craft, manage, and deliver impactful programs that not only enhance the sales process but also foster a welcoming environment for new talent. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving enablement plans that include engaging tools, process enablement, and a comprehensive curriculum. The focus will be on creating a thriving organization by ensuring that new hires are well-immersed in the company culture, values, and operational processes from day one. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with agile execution capabilities. The Enablement Manager will need to influence and negotiate effectively to build positive relationships across various business units. The ability to probe for understanding, identify issues and opportunities, and suggest win-win resolutions with cross-functional teams is essential. The position demands a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure that the sales platform strategy is informed by best practices and is adaptable to the needs of the organization. The Enablement Manager will also be tasked with measuring the impact of onboarding programs by evaluating capability gaps, tracking skill development, and ensuring continued success throughout the onboarding and sales cycle. Collaboration with the ValueSelling Enablement Manager and ValueSelling Consultant will be key to co-creating and driving continuous improvement in the sales methodology, enabling the field to effectively sell the Zoom way. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Driving a comprehensive onboarding program that immerses new hires in our culture, values, and processes.
  • Working with the hiring team to plan for TBH and open reqs to anticipate schedules.
  • Designing and implementing engaging and comprehensive learning opportunities encompassing a range of methods such as live instruction, on-demand coursework, playbook creation, and customized coaching sessions.
  • Collaborating with the Content team to leverage Seismic as our 'one stop shop'.
  • Measuring the impact of onboarding programs by evaluating capability gaps, tracking skill development, and ensuring continued success throughout the onboarding and sales cycle.
  • Collaborating closely with the ValueSelling Enablement Manager and ValueSelling Consultant to co-create and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in onboarding or similar enablement programs.
  • Experience in strategic planning and agile execution, particularly in developing and implementing sales platform strategies and enablement plans.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for sales tools, AI, methodologies, and processes, with the ability to evaluate, adopt, and optimize tools and technology stacks.
  • Ability to build positive relationships across the business, influence cross-functional teams, and effectively negotiate to achieve win-win solutions.
  • Experience in analyzing data related to tech stack engagement, user behavior, and tool utilization, with the capability to translate data into actionable insights for strategy improvement.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content teams, value-selling consultants, and other enablement managers, to ensure alignment and consistency across programs.
